Accessibility Statement

We design and build this site to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the W3C. This is the standard most commonly referenced by accessibility regulations worldwide.

As of 18 August 2026, every page on this site passes an automated audit (axe-core, covering WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2 Level A and AA success criteria) with zero violations, checked in both light and dark display modes. This includes checks for color contrast, form labels, heading structure, landmark regions, and accessible names on interactive controls.

This automated check runs as part of our build process, so future changes to the site are checked against the same standard before they go live rather than accessibility being a one-time pass.

Specific steps reflected in the current build include:

• Text and interactive elements meet the WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and UI components) against their actual background, in both light and dark themes.
• All form fields, including dropdown selects, have a programmatically associated label — not just placeholder text.
• Navigation menus and language selection are operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators and no keyboard traps.
• Pages use a single top-level heading and a logical heading hierarchy, with semantic landmark regions (header, nav, main, footer) for screen-reader navigation.
• Links that appear inline within body text are distinguishable by more than color alone.

A Display & accessibility panel is available from the icon in the site header and from the Legal column of the footer. It lets you set four things for yourself rather than accepting our defaults:

• Theme — light, dark, or match your operating system.
• Contrast — a high-contrast mode that darkens body text, strengthens borders and card edges, and thickens the keyboard focus outline.
• Text size — two larger steps. These scale the whole layout with the text, so spacing grows too and nothing overlaps; your browser's own zoom still works on top of it.
• Motion — turn off the animated diagrams, counters and background motion. If your operating system already requests reduced motion we follow that automatically, without you having to set anything here.

These preferences are stored in your browser on your own device and are never transmitted to us, which is why they sit outside the cookie consent choices.

To protect our published material we restrict copying on this site. Text selection, copy and cut, right-click, and printing are disabled on page content, as are the Ctrl+C, Ctrl+X, Ctrl+A, Ctrl+P, Ctrl+S and Ctrl+U shortcuts.

We know this makes some things harder, so the restriction is deliberately not absolute. These remain fully selectable and copyable:

• Every form field — you can select, copy and paste normally when contacting us or applying for a role.
• Our contact details and company identifiers — the email address, phone number, CIN and GSTIN in the bar at the foot of every page.
• The chat window.

Screen readers are unaffected: the restriction applies to clipboard and selection events, not to the accessibility tree, so assistive technology reads the full page as normal. Keyboard navigation, focus order and the skip-to-content link are unchanged.

If this restriction prevents you from using the site — for example if you rely on copying text into a translation or reading tool — contact us and we will send you the content you need in an accessible format. We would rather hear from you than have you leave.

Automated testing catches a large share of accessibility issues but not all of them — it cannot fully evaluate things like whether alt text is genuinely descriptive, whether reading order makes sense to a screen-reader user, or whether complex interactive widgets (such as the live chat panel) are equally usable with assistive technology as with a mouse. We have not yet completed a full manual walkthrough with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, or VoiceOver, and some third-party embedded content (for example the Calendly booking widget) is outside our direct control.

If any part of this site is difficult to use with assistive technology, or you'd like to request information in an alternative format, please tell us. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and to fix genuine barriers.
