Dashboard
Welcome to your admin dashboard
A multi-tenant rewards platform where every voucher traces back to a verified purchase: customers upload a receipt, OCR extracts the merchant and amount, and shops approve redemptions through a controlled workflow with a full audit trail.
Uploaded receipts are read automatically for merchant, amount and date, with a confidence score so low-quality scans route to manual review instead of silently failing.
Vouchers move through pending, active, redeemed, expired and cancelled states; redemptions carry their own approve / reject workflow rather than instant self-service payout.
Every shop is an isolated tenant enforced at the database layer with row-level security, its own users, branding and a login page you can configure per tenant.
Administrative actions are recorded in an audit log, and admin accounts can be protected with multi-factor authentication.
Receipts are stored with a SHA-256 hash so the same purchase cannot be claimed twice, OCR confidence decides what a human needs to look at, and redemptions above threshold hold for approval — the controls sit in the workflow rather than in the terms and conditions.
